Are electronic (digital format) documentation submittals accepted?
At the present time electronic documentation submittals for the final set of as-built documentation are not accepted by the Water and Wastewater Treatment Program. This is due to the requirements of public records archiving, as established by the State of Arizona. However, electronic submittals for the preliminary set of documentation submitted for review and approval may be accepted depending on the digital format and content of the submittal. To determine if electronic submittals of documentation will be accepted for your particular project, please contact a Water and Wastewater Treatment Program staff member.
