Maricopa County's Office of Oral Health administers First Teeth First, a First Things First funded program. Basic oral screenings, education and referrals are provided at no cost to expectant mothers and children 0 through age 5, not enrolled in kindergarten. Participating children are eligible to receive fluoride varnish every six months.
